Forming machin for thick products in cut sheet material

These models are the most suitable to produce inner liners for refrigerators, bathroom fixtures, automotive parts , housing and neon lighting board etc with cut sheet.

FCS type High-Performance Single-Station Vacuum Forming Machine

This machine is used for forming parts ranging widely from bath tubs and sinks via lamps and computer housings to medical instruments and automotive parts. The Quick Response Heater developed as our original high-speed response heater is equipped. Sheet temperature is automatically controlled to be set value by each heater element (0~100% phase control ) and by whole heater power control.
The forming device is driven by AC servo motor, and includes the sheet level keeping function during heating
The standard position for forming is located at the front center, facilitating loading of cut sheet and unloading of parts.

FCSP type High-Performance Single-Station Pressure & Vacuum Forming Machine

This type is further upgraded version of FCS type by adding the pressure air function . In compared with FCS type , cycle time is shorter and more sharp parts forming are possible . Custom machines are available depending on required forming size and specification .

FLTP Line Type Continuous Pressure & Vacuum Forming Machine

This type includes two sheet stock stations and two stage heating by Quick Response Heater . Upgraded high performance machine of FLT type by adding pressure air function . Hydraulic cylinder drive and mold clamping force is 30 ton . Mold changer enables to shorten change-over time . Full automatic PLC control , 14 ECRT screen input for forming and heater conditions , 3.5EFD data management and printer (for hard copy ) are installed as standard.
